How do I get to one of your plants? - Click here for directions to our Ohio or South Carolina plants.

What is the price and pack of a given item? - Please call us for a current list of prices. Packs vary by item, though the pack for some items are listed on our web site. Click here for our product list.

When will my order ship out and with which shipping company? - The standard shipping time for stock items is 10 working days. Non-stock and special print items generally ship between 21 and 28 days. The majority of LTL (less then load) is shipped with Watkins. Two other truck load carriers we use are Murphy & CH Robinson. Other LTL Carriers may also be used.

Is it possible to move my order up or add items to it? - Honeymoon prides itself on it's flexibility. In most cases we can accommodate a rush order. The lead times of each specific item may determine if that item can be added to your order. Please call us with your order information to find out if these things are possible on a case by case basis.

What is the difference between your board grades? - Click here for a chart that shows our available board types.

Can my order be dropped shipped to my customer? - Yes! No problem.

What will be the cost of a UPS shipment and delivery time? - Please call us with the item code, weight, total order, and the zip code of your destination for the cost and time of delivery.

What is my product minimum amount? - Minimum amounts for non-stock items are determined by item with your Honeymoon sales representative. There are no minimum amounts for stock items.

What will the freight charge be if I go below my delivered minimum? - Freight charges vary and are often calculated after an order is placed. If you need to know the freight charge up front please be sure to let us know when placing your order. Honeymoon customer service can also check this at any time if you call us with your specific order number. What are the procedures for preventing and handling shipping discrepancies? - Honeymoon has implemented detailed Shipping Procedures to protect ourselves and our customers. This is one if the ways we keep our business streamlined and accurate, which translates to lower prices and better service for everyone. Please familiarize yourself and your employees with the subtleties of these procedures, including (among other things) the necessity to varify shipments by CASE and noting any dicrepancies on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
