is some information which you may find useful or which
may serve to solve billing or shipping problems before
they arise.
- If
you you use your own product or item codes, you
should also include our
product codes (part numbers)
somewhere on your order, such as the description.

- Pricing,
part number (item code) confirmation, and additional
shipping and/or handling charges should be discussed
at the time of order.
- Be
sure to double check your faxed order confirmation
for any errors or oversights immediately upon
receiving
the faxed copy of your order.
- Please
be
aware of your delivered minimum and, if desired,
inquire about any additional freight charges at
the time
of order. Because these charges
are often assessed later, they may not appear on
the faxed copy of
your order unless you ask for it.
- Damaged
or refused items must
be returned to Honeymoon before
a credit authorization number can be issued. We
inspect damaged items for quality control purposes
so we can keep problems from reoccurring.
- If
you have earned a credit (for returned items, for
example) wait until you receive the credit
authorization number from Honeymoon before
applying the credit to your invoice.
- Payment
discounts are effective begrinning on the invoice
date, NOT the date the invoice
is received by you.
- Please
note that it is possible for new orders to be refused at
any time if an account
is delinquent, even if this have been overlooked
in
the
past. Please read our billing policies and stay current
to ensure continuation of service.
- Familiarize yourself and your staff with our shipping
procedures and responsibilities.
