We understand that our attention to detail translates to fewer defective products for you and your customers as well as better over all appearance for your products, so we have developed very involved quality control programs.

Many of our competitors reserve the right to substitute board grades, but Honeymoon is committed to keeping the consistency of its board grades, well, consistent. For instance, we do not run a full sheet cake board with 18 point caliper. We run it on 24 point and we do not deviate from that specification.

This type of attention to detail really pays off in the final product, especially if you use automated icing machinery which require precision-made circles to run properly.

Problems may still arise from time to time, but the important thing is how we handle them. All returned items are thoroughly inspected so that we can take every step possible to be sure the problem doesn't repeat itself. And, of course, we will get replacements out to you promptly.
